EXO release sample images from their 1st photobook 'DIE JUNGS'

EXO are releasing their 1st photobook shot in Germany 'DIE JUNGS' on August 18 and sample photos have been released.

'DIE JUNGS' means 'THE BOYS' in German language. The photobook contains 340 pages showing the EXO boys during their trip in Germany. From the sample images, candid pictorial of members, solo and groups were captured. It shows the boys wandering around the beautiful streets of Berlin and other places.

The photobook will be released in 4 versions; EXO, K, M and a Premium Set.The EXO version includes Chinese and English subtitled DVDs. See the sample images below and pre-order yours now.

EXO’s Chanyeol Escapes Hotel to Experience His First Taste of Freedom Overseas

EXO‘s Chanyeol finally gets a chance to enjoy being overseas for the first time in a while.

On today’s episode of SBS Roommate the cast were given a chance to go on an overseas holiday to celebrate the 100 days since their first episode. Since Chanyeol had a concert in Taiwan with his group, his cast mates Lee Sora, Hong Soo Hyun, Nana, and Jo Se Ho opted to go to Taiwan to meet up with him.

The “Roommate” cast went to Chanyeol’s hotel room and surprised him, which turned out to be a success. After surprising him, the female team went out and took a taxi while Jo Se Ho stayed behind and helped Chanyeol escape the hotel using “007″ (James Bond) skills, avoiding the eyes of the many fans waiting outside his hotel.

Chanyeol was asked what he feels most regretful about when having overseas activities and he said:

“Whenever we go overseas, we only rehearse, then perform at the concert, and then we leave immediately. It’s the only thing we do when we go overseas.”

He also further explained that he and his group could not leave the hotel even if they wanted to because there were a lot of fans waiting outside and it would be dangerous for everyone if they did leave.

After Chanyeol successfully escaped the hotel with the help of Jo Se Ho, Chanyeol expressed how refreshing it feels to finally be out and Jo Se Ho took a proof shot of Chanyeol experiencing his freedom.

EXO’s Fandom “EXO-L” Reaches 1.3 Million Members

Popular boy group EXO have proven their popularity once again, having more than 1.3 million official members as of 11am KST in their official fanclub, EXO-L.

EXO opened their fanclub applications on August 5, which caused the website to experience traffic and bring down the servers, making it hard for the fans to apply for it. At the promise of SM Entertainment to improve their website, the fans swarmed and gathered to apply and become an official EXO fan.

EXO-L membership has surpassed the Guinness World Records number of TVXQ‘s fanclub, Cassiopeia, of 800,000 members in their fan cafe, although it has not been officially recorded yet.

Meanwhile, EXO will be performing with other SM Entertainment artists for the “SM Town Live World Tour Concert,” which will kick off in Seoul this coming Saturday, August 15.
